I've realized lately |
that I've traveled far |
a journey now measured |
by the passage of hands |
on a clock dial; |
of seasons familiar |
re-visited time and again, |
and lately, |
I've found myself |
measuring time |
by counting the lines |
on the faces |
of those I've spent time with |
and having to know |
with each deepening line |
this person |
my mirror now shows me… |
