discipline 

Today,
I thought that things
went well with my addictions,
having abstained
from caffeine, nicotine,
looked at the bottles
(fondly) from the outside only,
kept my infatuation
with women I just met
to manageably few occasions,
attributing 
my headache to withdrawal 
and an overdose of turkey,
very cold...
